We store listing details, seller emails, buyer inquiries and alert preferences in a database. Public listings show the cemetery, city, plot details, price and optional photo. Seller email addresses remain private. An inquiry shares the sender’s reply address and message with the seller.

Email is recorded in a dry-run outbox by default; it is not delivered. Stripe test checkout, if configured, receives billing information and seller email. Cloudflare hosts the site and storage when the owner deploys it. Resend would deliver email only after explicit owner configuration.

We hash IP addresses for an hourly submission limit. We use no tracking cookies or analytics. Private payment links grant access to checkout; keep them confidential. Photos are optional and stored in R2 only when configured.

Alert emails include an unsubscribe link. To request data deletion, listing removal or cancellation, use the contact form. The owner must arrange human handling and a retention policy before launch.
