Texas Plot Exchange provides listing and introduction services for Texas cemetery plot interests. Sellers must be authorized to list and transfer the interest and provide accurate information. We do not verify title, broker a transfer, handle sale proceeds or guarantee a sale.

The listing fee is $49 per year, per listing, with no commission. A paid subscription renews annually until canceled. Request cancellation through the contact form; the owner must process it in Stripe. FREE30 listings expire after 30 days without an automatic charge. In this test build, no real payments are accepted and stub payments are simulations.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking ownership, cemetery restrictions, legal requirements, fees and payment arrangements. We may remove misleading, abusive or unlawful listings. Do not submit sensitive personal records or photographs containing identifying information.

Owner identity, physical mailing address, refund policy and legal review must be finalized before launch. Contact by form.
